		<description><![CDATA[we have an ancient heater next to the front door, so we’re likely going to convert to heated floor in that 8x5 spot. mmmmmm, warm terrazzo. well, if we GO with terrazzo. what i really like about it, among other things, is that (unlike the other options) you butt all the tile edges up against each other and don&#039;t need to interrupt it with grout lines. so it ends up looking more like a solid, poured floor. sweet.  &#124;  Italian tile&#039;s not so bad, in the right house. it &lt;em&gt;can&lt;/em&gt; be very warm and earthy. ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Our dining room, kitchen and bathrooms are all italian tile which is boring at best. But it is also freezing in the winter and shatters everything that falls on it, into a kajillion pieces that I&#039;m still picking up, months later. 

Having said that-- i would sell someone else&#039;s first born to have terrazo, like the kind in Jephry&#039;s store. Man i love that stuff.]]></description>
